Scoops, shakes, and sundaes, oh my!

Ice cream is always the cure for a hot day in the city! When my friend and I were walking around Lakeview, we came across this cute vintage ice cream shoppe! Bobtail Ice Cream is a little corner shop on Broadway in Chicago with many different tasty flavors of ice cream for scoops, shakes and sundaes! With over twenty-eight flavors to choose from, it took me forever to decide what I wanted. After about twenty minutes of tasting flavors (yes they let you try every flavor if you want to), I chose the salted caramel chocolate pretzel in a waffle cone! It definitely did not disappoint...with chunks of chocolate covered pretzels with caramel drizzle mixed into salted caramel ice cream it is hard not to die and go to heaven. My friend took the more original route and got the butter pecan ice cream!

I loved this place so much that I will keep going back until I have tried every flavor because it is just that good! Hope to see you there!
